はじめに
今回は「音楽」編です。
2019年11月2日(土)-3日(日)に開催された
「東京エクストリームウォーク 100 2019 Autum」に参加しました。
少しでも歩行時間を快適に過ごすために音楽を聴いています。
その際のプレイリストを載せてみました
ご覧になった方のプレイリストに1曲でも加われば幸いです。
ファイル形式
今回用に「SONY ウォークマン Aシリーズ 16GB NW-A55」を購入。
「MicroSD」対応ということで「256BG」を挿してみました。
「MP3の320kbps」ファイルですが、まず一杯になる心配はありません。
ただ5、6時間くらいで電源が切れます。
PlayList
前回使用のPlaylistフォルダも「NW-A55」にコピーした上で
「Hard House、Tribal House、Euro House,、Trance」メインの
フォルダを新規追加。

山下公園からみなとみらい区間は特に気持ちよく聞けました。
それ以降は第3CPまでは惰性でも聞けないほど辛い歩行時間でした。
